COVID-19 Update:

We're open during Victorian COVID Restrictions to manage fulfilment of online orders. Our team is shipping orders Monday to Friday.

Due to restrictions, our production capacity has been impacted and this has resulted in delays. 

  • Please allow for an extra 3-5 days on average shipping due to high amounts of mail in the Australia Post Network.
  • The Australia Express Post 'Next Day Delivery' guarantee has been temporarily suspended.
  • Our physical office is closed to visits as part of our COVID Safe Plan, but customer service is available via email & phone.
  • Pickup orders are available contact-free

FREE Standard Shipping (8-15 days)

Standard Shipping orders are printed and delivered usually within 8 to 15 business days. Standard orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel with tracking.

Free Shipping applies to all orders placed online using the Printero t-shirt designer.

Free shipping does not apply to bulk discounted orders, including custom quotes and screen-printing orders. Shipping prices will be quoted at the time, and will depend on the quantity and location.

Express Shipping (5-10 days)

Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days to areas in the Express Post Network. Check to see if your area is in the Australia Post Express Network.

Rush Orders - *Temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions!

Priority print and shipping!

Rush orders guarantee your order heads straight to the top of our queue. Our team works overtime to get your order done in the specified timeframe.

  • The Rush Order fee is calculater per item. Head to the check-out to see live Rush Order fee prices.
  • For orders placed by 10am that business day, orders placed after 10am will roll over to the next business day.
  • Please call prior to placing an order, as rush orders are subject to availability of stock.

Out of Stock & Delays

On rare occasions, a particular style, colour or size of t-shirt you have ordered may not be in stock in our store or supplier’s warehouse. In these situations, we will notify the customer of alternatives. We'll provide a new estimated date or we can cancel the order for a full refund if requested.
